1. Build Your Foundation -- Most people working out didn't take the time to build to build their body foundation the right way. We will change that and give you the strong foundation for a lifetime of results.

4. You will also discover weak links in your exercises and bodyparts. We will find every weak link you have and then build and strengthen it, so that you will not have any weak links or weak parts on your body.

5. You will also experience ruts, sticking points and plateaus. I will show you how to get out of any rut, any sticking point, and any plateau by using specialized workouts, exercises, techniques, mental strategies and targeted rest, recuperation and nutrition strategies used by the greatest world champion bodybuilders and fitness athletes. You will then be able to move past any rut, any plateau or any sticking points with quickness and ease whenever they pop up.

6. You will now be ready for the real fun things...like how to put serious size on your arms in as little as 7 days. Or how to add 60 or more pounds on your squat, deadlift or bench press in weeks. Or how to balance out your body so that every bodypart looks in perfect symmetry and so much more.
